• All terms and conditions set forth herein are subject to review.
• Attendance at weekly meeting is mandatory for all Business managers. The company reserves the right to drop a business manager to the level of Referrer Partners, if absent to meetings for more than one month without communicating genuine reasons for being absent.
• No entitlements in cash or in kind shall be paid directly to any third party bank accounts.
• Note that all commissions will attract a withholding tax of 5%.
• Cash transactions are highly prohibited while cheques, bank drafts or transfers are the only acceptable means of payments. Failure to comply attracts severe penalty.
• Individual site inspection is a critical part of your responsibilities and / or assigned by the company.
• Your access to business finance shall be on separate terms and conditions.
• Your are to serve all clients under your agency monthly reminder for the installments.
• Commissions are instant as long as the client form is submitted to the office and payment is made.
